0.2.4 New Level design for level 3

Have made some changes to level layout for currently the final level, level 3. This adds some more variety and makes it the hardest level. The onboarding in terms of levels is pretty steep but until I have implemented a nice level manager. I am not going to add any more levels. Please note if you have played before I recommend that you delete the game data (aka reset your scores) as Level 3 is noticeably different. This can be done by going into Settings > Games > Finistère > Delete Game Data on your playdate.

Future releases when we have level manager may see levels getting unique names so we can keep these levels and scores going forward.
